Event Description

Sign up for a Medical Plan Membership that will entitle you and your family to get free check ups, free screenings, free tests and free dental cleanings all year round and even if you have used all the free visits, you can still come in at anytime to be seen and pay a co-pay $45.00 to see a Doctor. We came up with a plan here at NEW HOPE MEDICAL CENTER in Duluth to help the population that do not qualify for Medicaid but can not afford a regular insurance. We do not exclude anyone. Pre existing conditions, Immigration Status, Self Employed, Unemployed, Part-time or Full-time Worker, you can all enroll and enjoy these services.
